6 weeks of yoga classes with master level Reiki 🫶This course will take you through a unique soul cleanse, allowing you to totally renew and rebalance for Spring ✨✨

Sunday evenings 7-8pm, (one Sunday bumped up to avoid Easter 🐣 Sunday) re-balance, recharge and reset for your week ahead.. 

The sessions will take place at the beautiful Ella and Fleur hot yoga studio, in central Cheltenham 23a Pittville Street ✨✨

This is a very unique yoga course that is open to everyone of all levels, the sessions focus on healing the physical body and clearing energetic blockages using master level Reiki at the beginning and end of the sessions. These will be 60 minutes long and are based in central Cheltenham.

During the sessions, I focus on bringing my students back to a calm balance by clearing meridians for optimum health. The wonderful heat really helps assist detoxification and warming the body, mind and soul. A towel will be required, plus lots of water for every session! Please bring your own mats or you can hire on at the studio for £2 per session.
