Located at the beautiful studio Ella and Fleur in Cheltenham, this is a gentle and peaceful introduction to the fundamental basics of yoga. You will learn about the basic asanas (poses) in Vinyasa and Hatha styles of yoga with a focus on breathwork and gently stretching out the body - and mind. Prepare to release your heaviness in the motional and physical form, increase your flexibility and mobility and completely cleanse and calm the mind.
Remove stress and anxiety and learn about the healing benefits of yoga within an intimate group of like minded-souls. No experience needed, experienced yogis may wish to attend to go back to basics, a refresher is always nice.
