Get in touch with your 5 elements ๐Ÿ™Œ with my 5 week heated yoga course taking place at the beautiful Ella and Fleur hot yoga studio. Starting Sept 18th 2022 these are 60 minute sessions in Cheltenham - running to October 16th 2022, 7-8pm on Sundays. Limited places ๐Ÿ™Œ Find inner peace and optimise your health by balancing these fundamental elements. Once these elements are harmonised you will become calm, grounded, centred and your health will be optimised. Energy exchange ยฃ60 These five basic elements are earth, water, fire, air and space or ether. They represent the physical and energetic qualities of the human body and of the physical world. The ebb and flow of these five elements influence our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. When they are in harmony, we experience peace and good health. When they are out of balance, we can experience suffering and unhappiness. The awareness and understanding of these laws of nature allows us to bring them into a state of equilibrium through our yoga and meditation practices. The 5 elements of nature The 5 elements of nature are known in Sanskrit as the pancha bhutas, or panchamahabhutas. They form the basic building blocks of the universe, every person, animal, plant and thing is composed of various combinations of the pancha bhutas. Each element has its own characteristics and properties: Prithvi or Bhumi (Earth) โ€” represents solidity, stability and grounding. Apas or Jal (Water) โ€” represents fluidity, adaptability and change. Tejas or Agni (Fire) โ€” represents energy, passion and transformation. Vayu (Air) โ€” represents movement, expansion and communication. Akasha (Space or Ether) โ€” represents emptiness, consciousness, and intuition. My unique 60 minute sessions combines Vinyasa flow yoga, Master level Reiki and a wonderful detoxing heat, designed to ease stiff muscles and assist the body to sweat and release excess. All levels, even beginners welcome. Sessions are inspired by my training in the beautiful Goa, India and are designed to strengthen your breath work, cleanse your energetic field and restore balance to the chakras and physical body. Prepare to sweat away stagnant energy, detox overload and overwhelm. Clear the mind and build back a leaner, fitter and more balanced body. Please bring a towel, water and mat to every session. Holistic 1-1 Experiences: To avoid being charged the full treatment price, please contact us a minimum of 48 hours before your treatment to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you contact us later than 48 hours before your treatment to cancel, please be aware you will not receive a refund. This is to protect our work schedule as we cannot book out this time with such late notice. Please ensure you are happy with these terms and conditions before booking and purchasing your treatment/ workshop / class or course. We are very happy to reschedule with sufficient notice.
