Cancellation Policy

Courses/ Workshops / Classes / Training / Treatments: Please note these have been booked it is non-refundable and non-transferable. Holistic 1-1 Experiences: To avoid being charged the full treatment price, please contact us a minimum of 48 hours before your treatment to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you contact us later than 48 hours before your treatment to cancel, please be aware you will not receive a refund. This is to protect our work schedule as we cannot book out this time with such late notice. Please ensure you are happy with these terms and conditions before booking and purchasing your treatment/ workshop / class or course. We are very happy to reschedule with sufficient notice.
