Service Description

We run a unique fusion of Vinyasa Flow (for all abilities and levels - even beginners!) + Master level Reiki. We start with a nurturing Reiki healing and energetic cleanse, then move into the asana movement. This is a dynamic flow that will help to balance, tone, stretch and strengthen the physical body. The energetic cleanse at the beginning and end, along with breathwork techniques, mediation and various healing modalities that are used such as Sage, Palo Santo and organic oils help to still the chatterbox mind and help to promote homeostasis, grounding and inner peace. All sessions are 60 minutes long, suitable for all levels of abilities and beginners. Prior to class please message us via email nina@yinyangtherapies.com or social media to check there is space. Please note your single pass is non-refundable, non-transferable and is valid for 3 months only, from the date of purchase. Cancellation Policy

Courses/ Workshops / Classes / Training / Treatments: Please note these have been booked it is non-refundable and non-transferable. Holistic 1-1 Experiences: To avoid being charged the full treatment price, please contact us a minimum of 48 hours before your treatment to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you contact us later than 48 hours before your treatment to cancel, please be aware you will not receive a refund. This is to protect our work schedule as we cannot book out this time with such late notice. Please ensure you are happy with these terms and conditions before booking and purchasing your treatment/ workshop / class or course. We are very happy to reschedule with sufficient notice.
